The days are begining to grow longer. Believe it or not, spring is just around the corner.
Soon the temperatures will be going up and the colors of springtime will begin to appear.
It is time to start planning to attend Robert Moore's painting workshop this spring. The five
day painting workshop will be at his studio in Declo, Idaho from May 1 to May 5, 2017.
Robert has been doing workshops in his 10,000 square foot studio in Declo for the past several
years and the ample floor space, good ventilation, excellent heating and cooling and natural north
light have proven to greatly enhance the workshop experience. Indoor painting, lectures, slide
presentations and demonstrations are comfortable and effectual. The variety of ‘plein air’
painting locations around Declo is virtually unlimited: Albion and the aspen trees on Mount
Harrison sit just to the south while the Snake River and southern Idaho farmland surround us
on the north.
Past workshops have been memorable - students enjoyed a great time of growth and fellowship.
We anticipate more of the same this spring. The schedule for the week will be five intensive days
with a balance of classroom type instruction, personal critique, and painting opportunities
including plein air, still life, and the model. The cost for the week is $625.
Please note the enclosed registration form and consider being a part of the Robert Moore
Workshop this spring. Upon receipt of your registration form you will be mailed an information
packet including supplies lists, lodging suggestions, and other helpful information. Even with
the expanded facilities, attendance will be limited. Last spring's workshop was filled quickly so
please don’t delay. For more information please contact us below or follow this link for a registration form.
We hope you will join us this Spring!
